Welcome to the ECG in 3 Alpha Release feedback form!

We've wanted to update the Six Second ECG Guidebook for a number of years now and are very happy to finally be releasing this to you. Our team has been working hard with art, layout, graphic design and text; all the things to take what we're written and turn it into a beautiful PDF that we've released to you.

Now that this Alpha version is ready, that means we are even more close to going to print. However before we reach that milestone, we want to make sure that what we are producing is of the highest quality. To help us achieve this, we are asking for you keen and vigilant eyes to help us refine what we have to make it the best version of itself.

In this feedback form, we ask for you to flag any errors that you see so we can rectify these before going to print. Please fill in the form and let us know what needs amending and we will assess and update before putting out the final PDF.
